Foreign call centres are now able to route through English exchanges, notably 0203 & 0208. I have blocked both after receiving more than 22 calls in just a few days. Sometimes, when they were able to get through, the numbers were prefixed by the word ,'international'. Now my friends with the 0208 exchange have to ring from their cell phones. What a crock!
