Asian sounding guy called on my landline knew my name and said it was about the computer I was using as I had previously had similar calls on my mobile hung up because I don t know who they are
They continue to call to tell me we need to replace the loft insulation. They have called umpteen times and my instructions to them are getting more and more basic!
Foreign voice threatening action for misuse of phone service, when challenged line went dead. Search produced no information on caller. Complete reset of phone /TV system executed will contact comms expert for advice
Obviously cold calling as person they were asking for doesn't live here, she refused to tell me where she was calling from and terminated the call. Rang the number back and she obviously realised it was me so remained silent.
