Automated call - recorded message allegedly from BT about internet problems and need to press 1 to "talk to executive" before my service is cut off. Sounds genuine. This has happened several times. I do not get my internet from BT so I just hang up. Still got internet.
knew my number and my renewal date for my mobile phone contract but didn t know my name BLOCKED! after leaving them on speaker phone and mute for 10 mins! idiots
