Say that we are being investigated by hmrc and to press star to speak to case worker. Others have said this is rd and e appointments so what the hell is this? Frightening a couple in their 80s. Appalling.

This number called me - a record message said that they were from BT and they were going to stop my internet - I'm not with BT - I just hung up.
