very annoying phone only rings a few times always 0843 but the other digits are different they call sometimes 3 times a day cannot block because of digit changes

Recorded message advising me my TalkTalk internet connection was about to be disconnected. Press 1 for this, press 2 for that. Not having TalkTalk, I've blocked the number.
