Same call - an automated voicemail is left about HMRC investigation / house is under surveillance.. along those lines. Call came from 02039605352. When I called back, the guy actually said that he's from the tax refunds dept. of HMRC. When I confronted him, he hung up. On my third attempt, I could not get through so I'm guessing they use a system that allows them to generate new numbers.
