This is a scam - pretending to be from BT. They say your internet connection has been hacked, blah , blah .. just ignore.

Received unsolicited call from this number - did not answer. Called back (masking my number) only to hear a message say the number is not currently in use and is available for sale (BT might have something to say about that?!) and to contact a mobile number - I hung up - this needs to be followed up by someone

They knew my name when I answered and started singing to me and saying I love you when I asked who they were as there was more than one person on the phone the would not answer me and kept singing and saying I love you
