central to glasgow scotland, teh usual modern day human beings, just ring then ring off after 2 rings then they ring again from afar like cowards they are ... instantly blocked it , no voicemail left, nothing at all, so if that is you in the bin you go, simple as. im very wise to these types of calls, if you don,t reconise the number let it ring if they really need to contact you they will leave you a message via voicemail, if they don,t you know its a dodgy number or just scumbag trying to rip you o

SCAM will not go away the name they have is the former user of the number. 5 calls one after the other. Asked them to not pester me they carried on. Dangerous and nasty
It should be a scammer. Called to get my IC and name, claimed to be from RHB bank. After i hung up, i received an incoming call from 03-92878880, but i declined the call. Just be alert.
