I have had repeated 'No Caller Id' calls in the past few weeks which I've ignored. Today I decided to answer where the woman said something like CCS Services call...
this number said 'a criminal investigation has been raised in your name, for more info, click 1' - sounds like a scam

NHS appointment reminder service
man phoned several times and told me I had money owing a refund for security services I had purchased when I had done no such thing. Asked for bank or Cedit card details so as to authorise refund. After playing along for a while I realised he was attempting to take money not repay it so I terminated the call
