Adding to my comments above, a German web site states that numbers begining with 0180 do not come from land lines, they are VOIP calls coming over the internet, favoured by scam...

Call silent until I said hello, then that triggered robot voice telling me I had a tax fraud case registered against me. Didn't wait to hear the rest of this rubbish so I hung up. Avoid this scam number.
