Called for the first time by this number today. Did not understand what the woman said and asked her to repeat it, whereupon she disconnected. We are on the telephone preference service.If I get more calls for this number I will put in a complaint about it, which I do if I know the number.

Purports to be from HMRC, accent of caller USA, categorically not from HMRC, block it. HMRC would not cold call you. DO NOT TRUST. "Debt Collector" or "Fishing".
Came up as a missed call. Cannot call back- just goes to beeps. Possibly scam trying to get you to call them or message them

Silent call. Screened call to answering machine. No message left. Probably yet another scam telesales call. Scumbags.
They put an automated voice prompt and you only get to talk to a human being when you say the word yes. Hang up as soon as they try to extract information from them
Telemarketing
This company ring every day on a different number as I keep blocking them all. Had a quote for windows last year, apparently was a local company! Turned out was a distant company pretending to be local to get sales leads. As soon as the sales guy came and realised it was a big no! 2hours later and it took ages for him to get the hint and go
