Purporting to be from the police saying that my national insurance number has been used in fraudulent activities and I am to press a number to speak to a police officer. I’ve had 2 calls in the last week saying exactly the same. I obviously do not press any number and hang up.

I missed the call but my phone reported it as "International" even although 01224..... is in the Aberdeen area.

Two calls today . Second time I picked up and no answer then call hung up . Braintree number so looks like a local call for me .

Called landline today 10/07/2020 12:55pm, no message left. Double 00 at the start is a dead giveaway of a fake number.
These people ring up but provide no information as to what the debt is for or where. I refuse to speak with them so if they want to make contact they will need to write.
