This is a SCAM. The call started with a woman stating she was from Virgin Media and had noted problems with my router; asked if I had also noticed this. I said I hadn't. She said she could help me resolve the problem. I told her she couldn't, not least because I wasn't with Virgin Media. She told me she could help because all the providers' support centres were working together on this. I told her 'nice try' and hoped the weather was good in Delhi, or wherever she was 'phoning from. Then I hung up.

SCAM They called me in Spain offering Amazon share. They do not speak proper Spanish. They hanged up just after I answered I was not interested, not even a goodbye. Beware.
SCAM, call centre rang Brisbane Australia talking about promotion opportunity.. Knew my name but as soon as they said promotion hung up .. they didn't call back ..2nd European call in less than a week as another caller was from Amsterdam with a similar spiel .
SCAM / SPAM - Claiming there is a Tax Fraud case
Calls once or more a day, never a live person though - a recorded message asks to call them back. They name the intended target for the call, someone who doesn t live here.
