Got a call from "Heather". Usual Asian accent. Blathered on about doing a survey, but couldn't answer why without waffling on about Sky and how people like to change after 5 years. But it's not a sales call, no way! I suspect I will get more calls from them. I'm surprised that BT or whoever runs the phone lines can't block them. I suspect the bosses of these phone lines are somehow not affected by them.
Probably a scam. Vague message via text I suspect to try and get a response.

Future payments to be by Debit Card not Direct Debit. Basic details of Card requested, number, expiry date. Legal Department to follow up and then Paperwork to follow. Convincing attitude but clearly a SCAM.
Fraud suspected. Automated call saying they were from the Chinese Embassy and then switched to speaking in Chinese.
