The following steps are suggested:
Can't believe anyone would want to call me from Hanoi! This number appeared on my landline phone bill and I queried it but they could not tell me who the number belonged to. I think this number should be ignored/deleted if anyone gets a call. I will certainly delete it from my phone.

Telemarketing - Overseas call centre claiming to be Carphone Warehouse. As I am registered with the TPS, clearly they think this doesn't apply to them. SOLUTION: Set number to auto reject.
