This one announced herself as the "Technical department of Windows", as though Windows was a company...it amused me so much, that I unfortunately laughed at her, and she hung up very early. One day I hope to get these guys to run team viewer and give me their access code. On one such call, I tried to get him to explain how my IP address could be tied to my unrelated home phone number, but of course there s no answer to that.
