Supposed to be pc maintenance or windows tech support. Called from this number and also 004258967. 2 calls a day for 2 days so far. Indian sounding accents, very insistent and persistent . They said their number was 08000188351. Said they were calling with regards problems slowing down my oc on internet. I have reported to action fraud and suggest others do the same.

Just a recorded message saying "your call is very important to us" when I called back. They left no message so I can only deduce that it is a nuisance of some kind.
This is genuine. I phoned the Santander number on the back of my credit card to check and they confirmed the text was genuine. It was in response to an attempt to make a fraudulent purchase of several hundred pounds.
