SCAM Recording of a lady with a pleasant voice told me that my phone and internet connection was to be cut off due to suspected criminal activity on my provider's service. Asked me to press button 1 to speak to someone. Didn't of course. Reported it to BT instead
it was a scam
Called today (10/4/21) automated machine saying that the my national insurance card has been violated, to prevent an officer calling at your address please press 1 now, n kept on repeating till you hang up.
Asked if solar panels were installed on my room, and electricity bills etc. Hung up as likely scam
I understand this number is a number called by overseas sales people under the guise of being uk based.

We really want this stopped.
