SCAM CALL. Alice Wilson" called from "BT OpenReach" to speed up my broadband. Indian sounding accent and wanted me to install Teamviewer12 on my laptop so that on-site engineers at the exchange could directly tune my router through my laptop. Said it would take 20 minutes and that I was also due a refund of ~?200. I asked her for her head office number and she put me on hold and came back asking why I wanted it. I said I believed this was a scam and she promptly hung up on me. Lo and behold if she didn t ca
141 the number and called it back, its a dead number. Blocked!
