The call was from Manchester. I don't know anyone in Manchester, so I didn't answer.
This number called claiming to be a government company dealing with mis sold insurance. Said I was due £2400 and a cheque could be with me in 2 hours, but I had to pay 10% fee to receive then asked how I would like to pay. Complete scam they have called me 14 times so far today.
