This company have rang me a couple of times over the last fews days, asking for someone I don t know. Various other debt collection companies have contacted us over the years for the same person. We have had this telephone number for over 10 years and it has even changed address with us. Once I explained this to BPO they said they can remove the number from their records but it will not stop over companies from contacting us about this (tps doesn t apply as it is not a sales or marketing call). Based on the experiences of previous posters, this is a pest call. I have had several calls from this number every day since I arrived in the USA. I never answer unknown numbers, I google them instead. How do they know I am in the USA? Orange must have told them. Or maybe one of the USA carriers I ve connected to? Not pleased.
