My Dad phones my mobile from France using Skype and it comes through as various numbers including this one.

SCAM Scam. Said his name was Ashwell from Capital Trader and that they were using VoIP from Uskopia in Macedonia.

Spam call, this number came through on our business lines offering shopping vouchers. Speak with your Telephone provider or phone system administrator to have this number blocked from calling you.

Complete harassment of calls from them. I have had 10 missed calls from them today in the space of 3 hours when I have not been with my phone. It has only started today, I have no idea who they are or what they want, I will not re call as they do not even leave a voice message.
