Fraud claims to be HMRC but not sure
Internet scam about IP address.
Each time I make a purchase from Amazon, an automated call comes from this number, advising me that my Amazon Prime has been renewed for another year at a cost of £79.99, and asking me to press 1 to cancel or 2 to confirm. I do not subscribe to Amazon Prime and have checked my Amazon account to confirm this. The number has called on 3 occasions on 1 day.
Scam - fraud, machine recording threatening with criminal investigation over unpaid taxes.
Just hung up when l answered.
Persistant pre-recorded calls about boiler replacements. Have tried pressing 9 to be removed but the calls keep coming so I hang up. Will report number as suggested, and try blocking number via BT.
