01103603510 rang stated they were BT and requesting access to internet to correct a fault as hackers were using the internet after 12:00 hrs. They provided a customer reference that is held within the router and wanted to correct the error to stop hackers. They insisted that I should comply. When questioned why should I when Internet not provided by BT and what proof do I have that they are genuine. The stated they were doing across the whole of the UK on behalf of all the ISP's including ~Sky, EE and BT. W
