Called telling me they were investigating an accident I had been in as I ve not had an accident I enquired about it they got very aggressive and slammed the phone down .So now blocked
SCAM / SPAM - for "Data Protection", couldn't tell any details about what happened, only that I was involved in a car accident in the past 24 hours, no car details or where it happened, or even identifying myself as being the correct person. Ended up raising his voice at me, to which I hung up

Looks like action Direct have been trying to get me to answer for over a week, I never answer as I ve read they are usually silent. I wish I understood their motive/ aim and how they got my details, they appear to be around Cardiff and have used 4 numbers so far incl 01656 253130 , 029 2168 0061 and 0845 nos. up to 10 a day
