This is an unsolicited phone call and should be avoided!
Stephen (with a strong Indian sub-Continental accent) called from the "National Bureau" and addressed me by name, about an accident someone in the household had suffered in the last three years (not true). I asked for their telephone number as they had our details. He asked if the information about the crash was true before he could give it, I asked for their number, he asked if the information was true, I asked for their number etc and this went on 3 times. I never got round to telling him we are TPS

They call and ask you for a one time payment to support a magazine to go into schools regarding bullying. ONCE. ONE TIME ONLY. You do not sign a contract, you do not enter into an agreement. They then persistently call you and ask you for more money as apparently you have entered into a contract.
