Caller rang saying from Amazon Prime telling me that my account would be debited by £39.99. I rang 1471 to get the number. I then rang the number from a different phone line and...
I did not answer but the number tried to phone me 3 times consecutively, with the 2nd and 3rd attempts being immediately after tapping "decline"
I repeatd my number twice. Silence so I hung up. Another site suggests from Russia.

The following steps are suggested:
Computerised voice saying I'm being investigated for HMRC fraud. If I don't press 1 I will be arrested. Obviously I didn't press 1!
SCAM. Complete scam more than likely considering that this person has called off 2 different 0161 numbers within the space of 3 hours
