I doubt a caller from Russia would be legitimately calling me, any half-witted scammer would mask their number if calling from such a terrorist state, so I suspect that it was supposed to be a masked UK mobile number with too many digits. Whatever, it is an unwelcome call.

SPAM called today said, (Asian called Jack! Lol) T-Mobile- explained my number was recorded with TPS and all incoming calls are recorded and monitored. After saying it a second time caller still persisted in talking, after me asking what the TPS meant to him he hung up. Number blocked.
Fake bank scam not a human but automated voice….wanting you to accept or decline by pressing a number….don’t bother just the usual suspects tryouts to rob you
