Internet - call allegedly from BT Openreach, man with Indian accent so strong I could not understand more than a few words here and there, when I said I could not understand him, he hung up. Probably scam, but can’t be sure.

Answered phone, said "Hello" Nothing for 20 seconds, said "Hello" again. Nothing for 10 seconds, said "Some silly bast*rd winding me up". He spoke then, but I didn t hear as I was hanging up. I don t block them, I store the name under Spam and let them run their bill up.
SCAM - text to say fraudulent activity on a paypal account asking me to click the link. I don't have a paypal account so this is phishing.
