An unsolicited WhatsApp message from an unknown person -'zhao qian'. May be an accident, maybe more sinister.

Same thing happened to me,i get a call they wait till i answer then put the phone down,i have rang the number back numerous times ,but it just rings ,no answer,also the ringtone...

Calls on my partners phone daily for last 3 days. We missed it initially - but then when he did answer, there was nothing on the other end, then a loud beep, and the call ended....

Just called now, unknown number, not in my contacts& (obviously) no message left. I'd class it as harassing.
Got an unsolicited call which went to voicemail stating they were Medical Staffing and to call them back for agency shifts
