Some sort of Scam saying they’re calling from Citizen (Advice?) With regards to Unsecured Debt/Loans… Ignore & Block
Called me and with the same kind of threat about legal matter. Left a mobile number for the 'case officer' as well to contact. Be careful it's a dangerous scam.

Home rang, on answering caller hung up
SCAM- I answered and got a recorded message saying they were calling from the fraud and investigation centre and they were going to suspend my National Insurance number if I don’t contact them urgently!
Fraud - claims to be a plumber, but doesn't fix the problem, just takes the money
