SPAM This and other numbers constantly call thinking I'm Somebody I am not. Wont go away even when you say wrong number! Some are harassing and abusive.

After several missed calls and no message left I finally called the number back and it's Payplan - Free debt management/debt help service.
I have had about 10 calls from this number and like the rest no reply when I answer.
Calling regarding Gas and Electric. Rather abrupt and impolite.

SCAM / SPAM Claimed to be from HMRC. When I asked how I knew they were really from the HMRC they hung up.
This number has called me most days for the past 4 months. I never answer but they clearly don't take the hint. I don't even live in Scotland.
