Spam call from a "legal advise team" didn't listen to the rest and hung up

Called my mobile. Indian accent, knew my name and address. Asked if I was in an age range, I asked what the information was for and who had access to it, she couldn t answer so I said I would not answer any questions. How did they get my number name and address? What does the Data Protection Act do, apart from giving Government officials jobs?

Called this morning. I do not know anyone in Leeds. Caller was a woman with an (Indian?) accent. Caller told me that I needed debt. A weird call, caller did not use my name, identify herself or tell me why I needed debt.

random woman asking about router speeds claiming to be from BT Openreach
Claimed to be calling from government eco organisation regarding a necessary survey of my loft insulation as it may cause condensation. Couldn't give me any details on questioning . Line also went suspiciously quiet every time I asked a question before receiving a vague response. My insulation was installed over 10 years ago so I severely doubt they got my details from the grant scheme that was in effect at the time, It is also almost certainly not the type that can cause condensation problems.
Rude woman shouting I need financial advice. Tried explaining I'm not interested and started shouting at me saying I will be getting more calls tomorrow.
