SCAM. Usual rubbish from someone claiming to be 'from Sky Contract Services' and that my 'service contract' had expired. Rather odd, because I have NEVER had a Sky contract and furthermore have never even enquired about one. Funny that, init? (lol) BEWARE of these scam calls. They always sound very convincing and polite and I'm quite sure that the next thing she would have wanted were my bank details so I could 'renew my service contract'. No chance with me, I'm afraid. Better luck elsewhere!

A few monthe ago I had mylap top hacked by a supposed microsoft backed co. I managed to get it sorted but ever since have been having phone calls from this supposed IT co. The latest was on this number - very different from all the other messages on this site - but again always male Asian voices with very British names.
SCAM Indian caller claiming to be BT engineer saying he had 2 email addresses for me and had sent me a verification code. I said i had no code and he said he would send me one. He asked to check my email. I didn't give it him but so he said he would send one anyway and to check my inbox. I told him nothing had arrived but worryingly it had. I deleted the email without opening. Told him i hadn't had a code and he asked about my other email. I told him to tell me what this was all about and he got aggressive.
This number rang at 10.20 on17.9.19, said they were from British Telecom and would be stopping my internet connection straight away unless I spoke to another person on line one, this is a common SCAM and the moment you connect by pressing one your phone bill will rocket. Please pass this SCAM information so that others will not get caught.

Does not answer when you answer, I suspect it is a Scam caller wanting you to ring them back and pay for call, or when you do call back it will not be the number you connect to, ie a spoof number. Similar No's over the past 3 days have been: 02085140707 01305820242 01404812104 01489575061
