Claims to be BT technical suggesting they are cutting broadband services off for illegal activities, they can’t give the account name or number. Multiple calls this morning regarding this from other numbers too.

I received a call from this number today saying someone had tried to pay for something on Amazon and with draw £1000 from my bank. It just went off before the call finished so I rang the number back on my mobile. I guy answered but said he had not used his phone that morning.
claimed to be council [powys] when phone put down he rang back and said f****** off twice
Please stop ringing me on my number. You are doing my brain in and you are causing a lot of problems for me. Your a scam.
