Tried to return call but it kept failing
'Lady' called to say she was from VISA & my card subject to misuse with total £1400 being taken (?) & to "Press 1" to speak to someone there to prevent funds being taken. Seems like a scam, so I rang the number direct & got through to someone who just slammed phone down. Fishy !!

SPAM Likely spam or scam / phishing. Not a recognised number, I left it to go to voicemail and what I heard sounded like someone that had butt dialed my number, as it was faint and like people having a conversation in the background, rather than leaving me a message. From the fact this number is actively calling numerous people as I type, it's likely a phishing or scam call, likely our numbers have been given or sold onto these people and they are trying their luck at scamming us by phone. My experience was initially ok - the people who called to repair / maintain the vac were ok - but I realised that the parts used were available online for much cheaper than the service charge over a year; then needed a complete overhaul of machine; service poor, without vac for over a month, when complained got told I would receive 3 months free cover but Pro-Vac did not honour this; vac returned but within days not working - in short this company don t really offer a service that is worthwhile - if you co
