This number is on documentation relating to a complaint letter supposedly from Bank of Scotland. No complaint made looks like it wants you to phone the number where I suspect charges will be incurred. It is a scam and the second one I have received. Address does not tie up no phone number like it on bank website letter unprofessional.

First being activated in 2001, this number was attached to a Philips Saavy mobile phone for the duration of its activity. The voicemail personal greeting of the 12 year-old Smith, could be heard for fifteen years after the fact in the way of “Hi. Sorry I can’t answer your call right now,
