Scam caller.
This is a scam. Claiming to be from my phone provider.
They refused to identify themselves then disconnected the call
01513561948 telephone number is being used by scammers saying they are from AMAZON. Believe me they are SCAMMERS
SCAM . Number contained in email from bogus company with 'invoice' attachments asking to call with any queries.

SCAM Said they were O2. Very convincing. Sent an OTP, like a fool, I gave it to them. By the time their call ended, and I got through to O2 (max 10 minutes), they’d already changed my email and postal addresses. O2 tell me the only time they will ask for the OTP is when a customer calls them. Looks like I stopped them in time, all details now changed, and security info changed, but be careful people. I’m a cautious type, but they fooled me
