Im based in sweden and got a couple of missed calls from this number. Have no idea why?

Heard a mechanical sound then they hung up.
Missed call. I called back a couple of days later. They answered without saying anything, then called me back asking me who I am. I said my name and explained I have a missed call from them, an English lady told me I've got the wrong- then hung up on me without a goodbye or anything.
Very aggressive Asian male mentioned black Friday, asked if I understood English when I asked them not to call me on my mobile.
