I was sent a text asking me to rate Plusnet, when I have no 'recent experience' with them. It said "Plusnet would love your feedback. Q1/3 How satisfied were you with your recent experience? Please reply with a score (1 very dissatisfied to 5 very satisfied)". There was no Q2 or Q3. I'm *guessing* the number involved a premium rate.
