Hung up when answered. Rang them back and its a call centre with a lot of noise. Then they hang up again. Annoying

Calls for a couple of seconds and then stops. No message so I believe this is a malicious call.

SCAM / SPAM - HMRC scam call, press 1, you will get arrested, all the usual rubbish
SPAM. Said they were from Sky TV Maintenance. Haven't got Sky.
