The Tech Helpline called me to tell me my Windows 7 computer is vulnerable to attack as it no longer receives update. THIS IS WRONG. Updates will keep coming until Jan 2017 for Windows 7, just no new features. Complaint made to https://ico.org.uk/concerns/marketing/ as I m TPS registered.
They called me today claiming to have got my number from LinkedIn. My LinkedIn profile does not have a phone number, in fact LinkedIn keep asking me to add one. They mumbled something about indirect tax and I hung up.

I too am in the machinery awaiting PIP decision. However, this call was Fri 5 pm. I believe they would be off home at that day/time, hot foot gale!

Cold call for accident, they did not know my name
Unknown number. Left it to voicemail and it was a machine giving options between English and Chinese. Only caught the end of the English section so I don't know what it was for other than "press 1 for English, 2 for Chinese"
I m a little concerned that my phone number has been taken and used for a telemarketer.......... I m blocking this number from now on as didn t find the person who called me to be honest in why he was calling? To do with saving money on landlines I managed to get out of him..............
