Lady called, knew my name and address, very noisy line, said I would be getting letter in post and that I was due a refund on credit card. I asked what credit card and she couldn t answer just asked if I d had a credit card before 2009 I said no and she hung up!

They collect on all gov debt. Pretty rude company and very unorganised however they are legitimate. If you deal with them make sure you keep records of the conversations as they may lose information and forget conversations had, even if they call you a hour after you have called them

My son answered the phone and passed it to me. A voice clearly stated who they were and that I was being recorded. I asked where they got my number from (as its a brand new line and I have not given it to anyone at all!)They said I was on there system as I was a customer of there s. KEEP CALLING AND WHEN I ANSWER PHONE THERE IS NO REPLY FROM THE CALLER OR THEY ASK TO SPEAK TO OWNER OF THE BUSINESS. THEY DO NOT STATE WHO THEY ARE OR WHAT THEY WANT. THIS HAPPENS AT LEAST 4 - 5 TIMES PER WEEK.
