Caller claimed not to be a cold call despite them not knowing me or I them. Tried ask questions about who the home owner is so called him an idiot and hung up

Chris who was clearly reading from a script was telling me my loft insullation was out of date. He rang off when I told him this was rubbish I had heard before.

Fraud. Claims to be PayPal but answered by Indian call center. Asked them what my paypal email address was and they hung up. Kept calling them and asking if they knew that what they were doing was fraud/illegal.

SPAM I keep blocking him and he keeps calling, he played with himself disgusting, he called at 5 am UK woke up my husband ffs.
SCAM Certainly not from within the UK and claiming to be from Citizen's advice bureau. Keep them on the phone and have some fun with them if you have the time. It's better then hanging up or getting upset.

Caller said they were from "Microsoft Corporation". They asked for information about my computer, telling me that they knew there was a problem. I kept them talking by asking questions. The caller got angrier and told me that they would be "seeing me tomorrow" before ringing off.
