Calls repeatedly. Automated service on other end for something that sounds like "Sailor and Battery Scheme" (probably solar but sound quality is awful). Definitely a scam.

SCAM/HMRC: You get a rather scary recorded message saying this call is from HMRC and if you don't press one then a warrant will be issued immediately. I disconnected the call as soon as I heard that.
