Silent caller, but machine said "goodbye" after about 10 seconds. I do not believe it is beyond BT to act faster and investigate this kind of call, then chop it off at the knees. BTW, have had several messages from the "Inland Revenue" recently, saying they are going to prosecute me.
Accused me of being in a car accident, inogored and hung up
Fraud called saying £749 charged on credit card overseas, press 1 etc
Fraud This number called my mobile today. A male voice with a recorded message claimed that I was about to be arrested for tax fraud but didn't mention any identifying features, such as my name ! It was a standard 'Press 1' type of call but clearly fraudulent and dangerous.
