they just rang but i was busy so my bf answered and he ask who they was and nature of the call and only said it was to do with a personal nature. my bf said to me sounds dodgy

Unconvincing credit card phishing scam. Automated female voice saying credit card has been used for two large amounts. Amazon and an international transfer. Press 1 or 2 to speak to customer services. Seemed deliberately unclear what company they were supposed to be.

Just had a call from this number which I ignored. Called back & got an automated message stating it was British Gas wanting feedback on a recent call. I m not with British Gas and have never called them. I did however call PH Jones so I think perhaps they are connected? Either way the number is getting blocked!

Over several years now, their ability to take people off their list who say they have no interest whatsoever, is either appallingly unprofessional or pointlessly deliberate. I ve tried asking politely. I ve tried explaining in an exasperated way that they were supposed to be taking me off their list. I ve tried playing music down the phone. What an absolute waste of not only my time but theirs - their sales model must be terrible.
Claims to be online trading and wants to give information out as to how to trade online. I didn't request this call so I assume it is a company spamming numbers.
