Fraud - Filip borrows money from his friends and never gives back, blocking on social media and ignoring calls. It was just £200 so it's a pity this guy is such a cheap liar.

Hector Sterling. Called them back with-holding my number. They asked for my name which I refused to give. I asked why they called, he said it depended on the department, but when asked what type of organisation they were he declined to advise, saying they had many departments. Got the impression it was just a office front taking inbound calls. Told them it was an unsolicited call and I am on the TPS register. I ve previously had calls on the 01134190001 number.

Called at 4.30pm. Answered the phone, said hello, it was quiet, so I said hello again. Heard talking in the background. Possible office or call centre. I said hello a third time...
