Said they were BT. Lots of background noise so I challenged with "sounds very noisy for BT". Said that I used to be a BT customer and they wanted to offer me deals to welcome me back. I asked when their records indicated I was a BT customer (they didn t know). They asked about my package. I told them Virgin TV/phone/internet and they kept upping my speed of internet. They said "You re on fibre optic then?" I confirmed I was happy with Virgin so the call ended.

Fraud This number is scam calling pretending to be HMRC and extorting people and making threats. It asks for you to press 1 and once you talk to someone they keep pretending they are HMRC.... Said I was going to call the police and they hung up.
