If that was really the case then why don't they have your address? Fraud I recently registered a company with companies house (2 days ago). This number called me with the new company registration number then claimed to be the electricity company and wanted to update bank records. Absolute rubbish, fraudulent call.

Answering this number gives rise to a recorded message threatening legal action and arrest for tax evasion, and an option to press a number for further action. I rang off, but this looks like a dangerous phishing call that is after personal details (banking details). As it comes from a Westminster landline it should be easy to trace and shut down. It should be investigated by by the police.

We wanted a quote for a sliding door for our back porch and the salesman quoted over 6k and then he dropped the price to 2 times! They try to pressure you and that if you dont sign today you wont find a better deal! Salesman ask what your job occupation is which has nothing to do with your quote and are fishing for how much money they can squeeze out of you. I keep getting calls even though i have told them multiple times i am not interested.
